Wayfinding is more than just signage
Wayfinding signage is about well-being, guidance and security. We work with the Architects and Developers
analyzing the full experience to create a branded template of signs including directional, informational, identification and warning signs.
We handle all aspects of the Wayfinding signage from permitting to creative, production and installation.

Imagine a Pop-up Real Estate Sales Center
PJR Design unveils a new alternative to traditional Sales Centers. Using the "Pop-up" Sales Center concept,
you only need to account for flooring, painting and lighting, which reduces your buildout costs.
Then PJR Design will provide the custom casework and displays to showcase your project.
After your project is sold out, you can then remove and reuse the custom casework and display panels
for your next "Pop-up" Sales Center, saving time and costs.
DeMarcay Sales Center is an example of how this worked in a retail space.
Before
PJR was commissioned by Greg Kveton of GK Development to design
the Sales Center for DeMarcay, a luxury condominium residential project
in Sarasota, Florida. The challenge was to house it in a small retail space
Greg was able to rent directly across from the project site.
We would approach the project in our typical manner - demo the space
and construct a new space reflecting the ambiance of the project.
We discovered during the process that the retail space was below the
flood plain. FEMA, therefore, would only allow 50% of the assessed tax
value in renovation costs greatly impacting the budget.
In addition to creating award-winning Sales Centers, the design staff at
PJR Design has extensive experience in Trade Show Design and
Fabrication. Using this knowledge, from large industrial exhibits to
food innovation demos, we reimagined the DeMarcay Sales Center.
You‘ve seen “Pop-up” retail stores, now you have “Pop-up” Sales Centers.
After
Working closely with Christine Lutz of ON Collaborative, the
Sales and Marketing firm responsible for the DeMarcay project,
PJR designed a space with minimal construction and maximum
sales potential. The existing space was demo’d, we added new
flooring showing actual materials used in the condominium
residences, painted the walls, used an open grid suspended
ceiling which showcased the actual ceiling height in the unit,
installed track lighting and refurbished the exterior storefront.
Next we added the displays - material selections display
shelving, bath and kitchen vignettes including a faux kitchen
window showcasing an LED back-lit photo mural of the Gulf,
monitor enclosures and a scale model base were all casework
we fabricated off site and then installed. In addition, PJR
Design selected and provided all interior furnishings.
